At RaceD3, we're passionate about creative designs and quality apparel. During the apparel design process we work one-on-one with our clients to make sure their design exceeds their expectations. With a completed design, we then suggest one of trusted apparel affiliates depending on whether you prefer screen printing, direct to garment printing (DTG), or direct to film transfers (DTF). Final design files and renderings are provided to our customers upon design completion for their further use.
The Printing Process
The printing time depends upon the preferred printing method. Lead times are usually about two weeks once files are sent to the printers. Screen printing can take a little longer. A common question we run into is “is there a minimum order requirement?” The answer is No! With the process of DTG printing, there is no minimum order requirement or silk screen fees.

A vector file is a type of graphic that uses mathematical algorithms to create lines and shapes, allowing it to be resized without loss of quality. Common types of vector files include .EPS, .AI, .SVG, and .PDF. These are commonly used in logos or any graphic design needed in different sizes.
A raster file is composed of tiny squares or pixels that form an overall image. When these images are resized, especially when enlarged, the pixels become visible causing the image to lose its quality or look pixelated. Examples of raster files include .JPEG, .PNG, .GIF, .TIFF, and .BMP. They are typically used for photographs and digital artwork.
